Ancestral Wisdom Intelligence Teachings is my Intangible Cultural Heritage Oral Teachings developed over 10,000 years ago and passed down in my culture. These wisdom teachings are the foundation of my Life Coaching services. 

These oral guidance lessons learned are the bedrock upon which I stand and which propelled my success in life and strengthened my resolve to deal with life challenges. These ancient teachings are based on logical and creative brain mindset, with a foundation of compassion, universal love and soulful principles. 

CAN DO ATTITUDE is my foundational life principle. I firmly believe your thoughts dictates your actions and controls your body functions. Thus, it is imperative you feed your brain positivity and strength to lead a balanced life. 

EDUCATION IS KEY TO LIFE SUCCESS. My decision to attend Cornell University was one of my greatest life decisions. Cornell does not just educate you, the University prepares your mind to overcome life challenges, become inventive, and to always bring forth life skills that can assist others in navigating their life decisions with practical logic and innovative creativity.

 MY LIFE PREMISE

I believe in order to establish a long lasting and fruitful business or personal relationship with someone you must get to know whom they are. I believe you must become knowledgeable about the individual's culture and/or ethnicity, as well as their religious or spiritual beliefs so you can understand what generates their desires and foundational life principles.

Being an authentic listener to that person's needs and wants is key in order to be able to assist them fully in achieving their goals. Whether that goal is acquiring the home that will enhance their life to become a happy home owner, assisting them to live a joyful mindful life with gratitude and/or developing focus analysis of life goals through daily journal writing. 

SELF-EMPLOYMENT has been my career path after exiting college.  My career in Life Coaching, Mortgage Origination and Real Estate for decades bring a wealth of experience to the diverse services I offer. With the advent of technology in the last three decades all consulting services have been delivered online and worldwide in English.

To Be, Rather Than To Seem To Be, is also the Motto of my College Sorority Organization as expressed in Latin: Esse Quam Videri.

The White Spider Lily scientifically known as Lycoris Albiflora represents new beginnings with a bright future, a positive nature, freshness, and simply living life with a guiding light.  The White Spider Lily picture I utilize as my Logo I photographed myself at The Aburri Botanical Gardens in Ghana, Africa. I am grateful to the staff at The Aburri Gardens for their warm Akwaaba Welcome. I say Medasse’ meaning Thank You in the Twi Language of Ghana to all Ghanaians for I was embraced with a Heartfelt Love as I returned to my Ancestral Homeland representing not just myself, but also my Ancestors. 

MY PASSION 

Bring awareness to the importance of preserving the availability, accessibility and cleanliness of water, for Water Is Life. Also encourage others to protect the soil and air quality of Earth because if we fail to protect the Elements of Earth humans will cease to exist. 

ONLINE SERVICES. My Life Coaching, Sacred Journaling Sessions and Sound Energy Wellness have always been offered online to individuals living out of state and in foreign countries which I continue to do today.  I now offer these services online to our local clients to be in compliance with the health protocols to keep everyone healthy and safe.
